Anyone who is seriously into strength sports is at least a bit mentally unstable. Why do we put ourselves through this? Beat our bodies up day after day until we forget what it feels like to actually feel good. But for some reason, we keep going.
Somehow, the feeling of adding a kilogram more onto the bar and conquering it makes up for all the hours of pain and suffering. We’re all crazy.

The tradition of finger cutting is performed when a member has committed an offense that can’t be remedied by a mere apology. The cutting of the left pinky finger goes back to the days of the samurai who couldn’t hold their swords if they were missing this finger. After the removal, the finger is preserved in a jar and presented to the gang leader. These photos were taken by Frederick Martens, during his investigations of the Yakuza. - The Mob Museum

Took a test in Anatomy and I think I aced it,
Went for a run and squatted at the gym,
Played a ton of Mass Effect on the Xbox,
Aced my online exam in my Management 370 course,
and passed a surprise belt test in my Karate class
