MRW three people this past week tell me I’m looking way more muscular
Ok, so the gym was totally empty so I’m guilty of seizing the opportunity to snap a spring bulk/break progress pic. I’m that guy.
Overall though, I’m feeling pretty good. Last month I decided to take a different approach to my training: better workout routine planning, more intensity, less time spent resting, and most of all, having more fun. I gotta say, I feel reinvigorated and I have a rekindled enthusiasm toward training.
However, I was a little over zealous with my increased intensity and I eventually crashed and burned by the end of February. I hardly slept the final week of the month, I was lethargic, irritable, and stressed. It got to the point where I couldn’t complete my workouts.
I reluctantly took 3 unplanned rest days last week and I’ve been sleeping much better and my energy is back. Since then I’ve been dialing the intensity back up, but this time, I’m wiser about how much I should push myself. After all, my long term goal is to train long term.
Btw I haven’t been able to really train my chest or triceps because my right hand is still injured :( I’m getting flat chested, lol
What I’m really terrified of is leading an average, ordinary life with a regular job and an invariable routine, planned holidays, an average household, fixed responsibilities and not doing anything different to be remembered by.
So this is the relationship I have with my coworker…
Shout out to Conner
This past week I’ve gotten sick, felt like shit, and this morning I passed out after breakfast. What. This wouldn’t happen if my scumbag body would just sleep through the damn night.
Seriously. I’m so damn tired. Why am I not sleeping like a rock every night?
lol I can’t stop laughing
Interior design game too strong lol
My family is cool people. I’m glad we’re related.

Science is freaking awesome.
Personally, I eat peanut butter erryday. I love the stuff. The only thing that rustles my jimmies is that is is stuck in this polarized dichotomy of being both a “healthy” food and a “junk” food.
This article helps to clear the air surrounding peanut butter. It has its ups and downs nutritionally, but ultimately it comes down to a matter of IIFYM. It is possible to have too much of a good thing, but you shouldn’t be afraid to enjoy it, either.
